KC Titans Reach AAU National Championship in Las Vegas
A recent news story explained that a local high school basketball team – the KC Titans – did not have the necessary funds to make it to Las Vegas for the AAU National Tournament. Unfortunately, the group lacked the sponsorships and funding other teams had, making it impossible for many players to travel across the country. When Rally House caught wind of this, the national sports and merchandise retailer instantly sprung into action so that these young athletes could have fun while hunting for a national championship victory.
Rally House helped bridge the gap with funding for the team to make it to Las Vegas for the tournament, including booking the flights and lodging. Furthermore, the company aided with the logistical challenges of getting a whole basketball team and coaching staff to Las Vegas, working through various flight complications, and helping first-time flyers on the team. The KC Titans managed to reach the Final Four of this AAU national basketball tournament, where they were knocked out after a hard-fought battle.
